India entered as heavy favorites, but had to dig themselves out of a hole against the United States before being beaten by South Africa. However, they have since found their groove with emphatic wins over Zimbabwe and the West Indies.
Varun Chakravarthy is their main wicket-taker but he has taken punishment in some of the big games. Meanwhile, Kuldeep Yadav has an outstanding record against England but has barely had a glimpse of the tournament so far.
Eight of Jofra Archer’s 10 wickets came in the powerplay, which is where India collapsed against the USA and South Africa, but the Men in Blue hit a tournament-leading 57 boundaries in the final four overs.
