The AI agents are here to stay, with a new Salesforce investigation that states that the adoption of AI agent is projected that it will grow by 327% by 2027, and the company calls the trend a revolution of “digital work”.
The main human resources officers (CHOS) hope to maintain 61% of their existing labor forces in their current roles, however, employees are working with AI.
The majority of chros (88%) responded added that the redistribution of human resources together with technology may be more profitable than external hiring, which suggests that workers’ work could be safer than they think, but that the change to which they are subject could also be greater.
Combining workers with AI
In line with the projected growth of AI agents, Salesforce believes that an increase in 30%productivity could be made. The figures also forecast a 19% reduction in labor costs.
With artificial intelligence literacy identified as the main necessary skill in the modern workplace, four out of five (81%) Cross are requining or planning to re -assemble employees for future roles, including the reallocation of many technical roles such as data scientists and technical architects.
Among the teams that are expected to see the highest growth, research and development and sales. Customer service, operations and finance are expected to be reduced.
Fortunately, workers seem to have a lot of time to order their affairs and embark on their training trips, because 85% of organizations have not yet implemented agent AI.
However, unprepared workers do not have unlimited time, because 86% of Chos believe that integrating AI will be a critical part of their role in the next five years, and four in five believe that AI agents and humans will coexist within this period.
“Each industry must redesign jobs, highlighting and deployment talent, and each employee will need to learn new human, agents and commercial skills to prosper in the digital revolution of work,” explained the director of people of Salesforce, Nathalie Scardino.
