- The Backbone One: Xbox edition has been revealed
- It is a special variant of a second generation mobile controller with an Xbox -inspired design
- It costs $ 109.99 and will be available through the Backbone and Best Buy Drops website
Maker Backbone Peripheral Gaming has announced a new special edition variant of its second generation mobile controller.
The Backbone One: Xbox edition is, as the name suggests, part of the Xbox brand association. It is sectioned by its surprising translucent green housing, which gives it an idea of the interior black PCBs that seem particularly reminiscent of the nostalgic glass version of the original Xbox.
The controller screen capture button has also been replaced by a new Xbox button, adorned with the brand logo. It is a fairly striking design in general, although, honestly, I would have preferred something with some more changes. Adding the iconic colors of blue, yellow, red and green buttons of the Xbox wireless controller would definitely have improved the appearance and really helped sell that Xbox element.
However, the spine is an excellent adjustment not only for native mobile games in titles such as Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile either Zena Zero ZoneBut also Xbox Cloud Gaming as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I have been enduring for the long -standing Xbox hand console, but this could fill that niche for me, especially given its relatively modest sale price of $ 109.99.
However, the controller can be a bit difficult to have in his hands, since he will only be available through the Backbone and Best Buy Dropps website (part of the Best Buy Mobile application).
