- A new early reference point reveals that the GPU of the portable computer RTX 5090 exceeds the RTX 4090 variant
- Make 65% faster at Hogwarts Legacy in DLSS balanced in the maximum graphics configuration
- With multiple table generation frame speeds are above and beyond what the RTX 4090 portable GPU provides
NVIDIA RTX 5000 series GPU alignment has more to offer, with new desktop and laptops in the pipe. Fortunately, some first reference points in the next flapty laptop variant are already here. Spoiler alert: they are very promising.
As reported by Youtuber Dave2D in a new video, the portable GPU RTX 5090 exceeds its predecessor RTX 4090 in several different demanding titles, using the DLSS increase in the first reference points. This was in the new Blade 16 Razer, using an OLED 2560×1600 screen, and is currently available for pre-pedd.
The RTX 5090 presents 24 GB of GDDR7 VRM on the previous GDDR6 of 16 GB seen in 4090, probably playing an important role in performance elevations. One of the examples in the Dave2D video is Hogwarts legacy: With the layout of rays and DLSS in ‘balanced’ mode in ultra graphics configuration, RTX 5090 is 65% faster than RTX 4090, a significant impulse on the GPU of the latest generation laptop.
In another demanding title, Black myth: WukongThe RTX 5090 executes 33% faster in the highest graphics prejustment, ‘cinematic’, with DLSS established in balanced mode, and considering how heavy the title is even in desktop GPU, that is definitely a significant impulse.
It is also worth noting that the RTX 5090 also has a great advantage in the generation of multiple marbles, since it introduces up to three additional generated frames (for each rendering frame) compared to the unique framework generated from the generation of the original framework.
With MFG, a desktop or laptop GPU RTX 5000 of the series is obvious is obvious
It is evident that the generation of paintings is still frowned between some PC players: I am aware of the nickname of “false frames”, and although that may be certain to some extent since the paintings are generated by AI, it is not necessarily something bad if it provides a strong performance increase with a minimum disadvantage.
If the players are lucky to have a GPU or laptop desktop of the RTX 5000 series, then it is just suggesting that the performance in most games will be acceptable standards. Achieving at least 60 fps (pictures per second) with the tastes of an RTX 5070 is not difficult (even with the recent horrible PC ports), and characteristics such as MFG take performance in another notch.
With a base box of 30 fps or slightly lower, enable the generation of paintings in fact will increase the table speeds, but has a cost of significant and ghost input delay in the game. However, when the base box speed is already close to 60 fps, the input delay is reduced and the games feel soft. Fortunately, the next reflection function of NVIDIA intends to address latency problems.
While it is difficult to obtain any hardware from the RTX 5000 series at this time due to low availability and inflated prices (and would not yet advise it until all important problems are addressed), MFG makes it worthwhile, especially in non -competitive titles. And with new laptops on the way, there will soon be a new way for players to have in their hands the latest technology in Nvidia.
