Rawalpindi/ Islamabad/ Lahore:
In the midst of triumphs of the back room and the commitments of Quid Pro quo, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has doubled, stating that he would prefer “to rot in the prison for life” to kneel before what he denounced as “a system of pharaohs and Yazidiyat.”
The former prime minister urged his party to prepare for a general movement throughout the country.
“Whatever the torture they inflict, I will never accept slavery,” Imran Khan transmitted from Adiala’s prison through his sister Aleem Khan, who spoke with journalists on Monday.
“Even if they keep me in jail for life, I will not give up,” Imran told his sister, adding that the party should now prepare for a national movement instead of concentrating on Islamabad.
Aleem said his brother sent three key points during his meeting. “He has not even given the basic rights entitled to an ordinary prisoner. In the last eight months, he has been allowed to speak with his children only once.”
“The sisters are not allowed to meet him, and even the books we try to send are retained by the administration of the prison,” said Aleema.
In addition, he claimed that Imran’s personal doctors were not allowed to examine it and that judicial orders on contempt requests were being mocked. “Bushra Bibi has been imprisoned to press it. But even then, he said: ‘I will not bend.'”
Aleem also criticized Vloggers and YouTubers who claim that an agreement for the release of Imran has been reached.
“We now understand that these are stories planted to cool public feeling. They say that Americans have arrived and that an agreement is made, but everything is only to manage public expectations.”
Imran’s message to his party, according to Aleema, was clear, stating that the PTI was part of the ideology, not selectable.
“Young people who are not the founder are also in jail. We receive votes for our ideology, not personalities. Anyone who is not aligned with this ideology does not take place in the party. Those who play on both sides of the Wickt are not welcome either.”
He added that Imran was visibly angry when he said: “Time has changed. He only looks at the Judiciary. The Al-Qadir case has not been solved for a hearing in three months. Other cases related to May 9 and the bond are also pending. The judges promised hearings, but did not comply.”
‘Imran to be released before eid’
On the other hand, the president of the PTI, the lawyer Gohar Ali Khan, expressed his optimism that the supreme of the imprisoned party could be launched before the next EID-ul-Azha.
Speaking to journalists outside the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) together with Senator Sibli Faraz, Gohar urged party workers to keep calm, saying that all legal routes were exhausted.
“We are doing everything possible for their release. We have maintained protests, we raise the problem in Parliament and approach the courts,” he said. “Workers have every right to ask questions, and we value their emotions. No one can understand how and why Imran Khan has spent two years behind bars.”
According to Gohar, Imran remains firm in faith. “He says we turn to Allah in difficulties, and will show us the way.”
He pointed out that the patience of the party was being tested. “Our people are tired, and even the judges are tired of writing judgments. We are doing everything possible to ensure that Imran Khan cases are fixed and determined by merit.”
Senator Shibli Faraz added that the president of the Interim Supreme Court of the IHC had personally assured lawyers Gohar and Latif Khosa that Imran Khan’s requests would be programmed to listen to this week. “This was not a guarantee. It came from the president of the interim justice himself, and we took it seriously.”
He warned that blocking access to justice leads to instability. “People approach the courts of justice. If they refuse, lead to injustice and disturbances. We believe in the Constitution and continue to press for justice.”
“The 26th constitutional amendment was the work of PPP and PML-N. They have already destroyed their policy. Once Imran is free, its governments will fall,” Faraz added.
The court allows polygraph photogrammetric tests
In a related development in Lahore, an anti -terrorism court granted permission to the police to carry out photogrammetric and polygraph tests of the founder of PTI once again.
The Court accepted the prosecutor’s request, ordering the results to be submitted before June 9.
Previously, DSP Legal Javed informed the court that the investigations could not proceed without these evidence. Imran Khan rejected the tests twice in writing, and for the third time verbally.
“We assure the court that we will cooperate, and that justice will not only be done but will be done.”
