Queen Camilla’s son, Thomas Parker Bowles, recently sat down to discuss his financial situation and thoughts.
The son of the current consort of the Queen revealed some of the internal works on this, during an interview about the White wine questions time podcast.
According to the queen’s son, his education was not expected.
He even admitted to having been “grateful” for their money affairs, because they made it build a career in food writing instead of focusing on a guaranteed sum of their parents.
He also clarified the record about the trust funds and said: “Unfortunately, without any trustee.” Before adding: “You know, in reality, it is good not to have a trustee. I would probably be dead if I had one.”
He did not end there, and rather added: “Obviously, I had to work like everyone else. You know, you have to work. It’s important. I came across a food writing, 25 years ago when the landscape was quite different.”
In terms of his experience, he explained that he had “worked for a wonderful film relations company called DDA” that allowed him to be close to celebrities.
“So you would take Alicia Silverstone Round London in the 90s, or Anna Friel, or whatever. But finally, it was enough. They fired me …” He added near the end and signed.
For the not versed, the son of the current monarch’s wife launched a book in 2024 entitled Cooking & The Crown: Royal Recipes of Queen Victoria to King Carlos III, which shows real and similar feeding habits.
