Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad has accepted a diverse plea presented by the founder of PTI and his spouse for an early hearing of its acquittals in the case 2 of Toshakhana.
IHC Judge Inam Amin Minhas heard the statement filed through lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry. He asked the judge to fix the appeals for the early hearing. The court commented that it has issued an order. The Registry Office will schedule the Appeals for the Hearing.
Previously, the special central judge had rejected the plea of acquittal. The founder of PTI, Imran Khan, and his spouse Bushra Bibi challenged the verdict in the IHC.
