Islamabad:
The IHC issued on Friday notices prior to admission to PMDC, as well as the Ministries of Health and Law in a petition that challenges the announcement for the appointment of the PMDC registrar.
During the hearing before the Court of Justice, Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, heard the request against the announcement issued on August 28 for the appointment of the PMDC registrar. The lawyer Adnan Kazmi appeared in court on behalf of the petitioner.
It was stated that the PMDC 2023 employee service regulations had established the maximum age limit for the registrar at 50 years, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
