Islamabad:
On Thursday Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) requested on Thursday previous judicial precedents, where the details of the martial procedures of the court were provided to the court.
IHC judge, Khadim Hussain Soomro, heard the supplication for the production of the details of the charges against the former Pakistan Air Force officer (PAF), Air Marshal (RETD) Jawad Saeed, whom a military court had given a 14 -year prison by a military court to filter confidential information.
The lawyer of the Abdul Waheed Advocate petitioner, in addition to the additional attorney general and the legal officials of PAF, appeared Thursday in court. During the hearing, PAF officials did not present the registration of the martial procedures of the Court and the charges against Jawad Saeed.
PAF officials told the Court that, according to PAF’s law, the registration of the sentence and registration of the charging sheet could not be provided. The petitioner’s lawyer said that this had never happened before under his own law. However, PAF officials denied that statement.
The petitioner’s lawyer declared before the court that injustice had been a committee in the case against Jawad Saeed, and added that they did not give the lawyer of his election, or the registration. He said that Jawad Saeed’s family was not informed either.
Judge Soomro told the petitioner’s lawyer to submit the precedents of the Court at the next hearing in which the registration had been provided in such a case. The lawyer replied that he would present the decisions and precedents of the Court of the Supreme Court, adding that complete bank trials were available in similar cases.
Judge Soomro asked the lawyer to present the precedents of the Court in the form of para-ski comments and postponed an additional hearing of the matter until June 17.
