Islamabad:
A petition has been presented in the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) that seeks to declare as illegal the alleged “inflammatory positions” made of the X (previously Twitter) account of the founder of PTI Imran Khan during his prison.
The petition, presented by the citizen Ghulam Murtaza Khan through the lawyer Zafarullah, argues that the positions made by the official story of a prisoner convicted while they are in jail are illegal, inflammatory and malicious.
Ask the Court to order the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency and the PTA that investigates and determines who has been operating the PTI founder’s account.
