The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday sent a matter to the director of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) regarding the forcible departure of a citizen from an Azerbaijani flight and resolved the case. The court said that DG FIA should take action on this request according to law and submit a report. Judge Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued a written order regarding the hearing at the request of citizen Ehteshamul Haq. The court stated that, according to the petitioner, he was forcibly removed from a flight to Azerbaijan. The petitioner requested to declare the download illegal, he stated.
