IHC to listen to Imran supplications, Bushra


Islamabad:

The Superior Court of Islamabad will resume the hearing today (Wednesday) on the appeals presented by Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) Patroness in Chief Imran Khan and former First Lady Bushra Bibi who seek suspension of their sentences in the reference of £ 190 million.

The hearing will be held by the President of the Interim Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Judge Muhammad Asif.

The Court had previously granted the time of the National Office of Responsibility (NAB) until today to appoint a special public prosecutor for the case, after the NAB application.

Both the PTI Patron-in-Chief and Bushra Bibi have asked the court to suspend their sentences and release them on bail.
