IHC to listen to Imran’s suspension plea on May 8

Islamabad:

The Superior Court of the Capital cannot take the former Prime Minister Imran Khan and the main appeals of his wife Bushra Bibi against his convictions in the case of £ 190 million this year due to an accumulation of pending appeals.

However, a Division Bank, which includes the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC), the President of the Interim Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Judge Muhammad Asif, will listen to the miscellaneous civil applications of the couple that seeks the suspension of sentences in the case of the graft next week.

According to a list of causes issued by the IHC Registrar office on Friday, the bank is scheduled to make applications on May 8.
