Previously, the Department of Origin took strict measures against 19 false weapons traffickers. The Secretary of the Interior of Punjab, Noor-Ul-Amin Mengal, declared that selling weapons based on false licenses was a serious crime, and all involved will be taken to justice. “According to the Punjab 2023 weapons rules, the department is reverifying the licenses of all arms deals throughout the province.
