Stovall said it was believed that ICO-Choc was a Guatemalan citizen who had lived in Freeport once before and that alcohol could have played a role in the accident, according to WIFR-TV.

“One of the lives was someone who knew well, Darcy Connolly-Brunner,” Stovall added. “Darcy was more than a member of the community, she was a friend. She was a kind and generous person who deeply cared about her family and friends.”

Stovall also revealed that ICO-Choc had a criminal past. The records show that he was accused of aggravated DUI with a license suspended or revoked in 2023. The officials said there were no indications that Connolly-Brunner were under the influence.

The senator of the state of Illinois, Andrew Chesney, R-FREEPORT, said that national security officials confirmed with him that ICO-Choc was illegally. He requested the repeal of the Trust Law and the SAFE-T Law, which, according to him, contributed to ICO-Choc being in the country first.

Caitlin Clark takes a look at how he is handling a persistent injury: “I have never gone through something like this”

“A woman who dedicated her life to her family and her community was killed in broad daylight by a man who should never have been in this country or on the way,” he said in a statement. “His criminal record includes previous positions of DUI, DUI aggravated (crime) and drums.

“In addition, the US National Security Department confirmed that it was in this country illegally, after having crossed the border a few years ago during the Biden Administration. However, thanks to Illinois’s trust law and the Safe-T law, it remained in this country and was free to return to the flyer of a car and kill an innocent woman. She is unacceptable, and I am ill.”
