A Mother of Illinois has filed a civil rights complaint before the Department of Justice After stating that school administrators tried to force their 13 -year -old daughter to change in front of a transgender student in the girls’ locker room last month.
Nicole Georgas revealed the complaint during a meeting of the Education Board for Deerfield 109 Public Schools District 109 Last week, claiming that the incident took place last month after his daughter refused to change her uniform during physical education because a biological student was present at that time.

According to Georgas, his daughter was “scared” and “extremely annoying” when on February 5 he was using the girls’ bathroom and noticed that a transgender student was also using the facilities at the same time.
“The administration told him that a student can use the bathroom, as well as a female wardrobe because they now identify as women,” Georgas said about the explanation that the administrators allegedly provided to their daughter.
Georgas then raised the problem to the school administration, and pointed out that she believed it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump’s “Keep men out of female sports” Executive order. She said in her speech that the administration informed her that, under the direction of her legal advisor, the student was free to use the girls ‘bathroom and girls’ locker room.

Georgas said the situation got worse when, days later, his daughter and other classmates refused to change his uniform during physical education because the transgender student was present.
He said that the next day, the school administrators took the girls and then changed them in uniform.
“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy Van Tresese, and several teachers entered the girl’s locker room, making them become uniforms. This continued all week, “he said, adding that his daughter still” refused to participate. ”

As part of Georgas’ speech, he “demanded” that the district advances with designation facilities for biological men and biological women.
Georgas appeared in “America Reports” last week when he expressed his greatest concern about the situation.
“This establishes such a dangerous precedent for girls everywhere by allowing men to reach safe places. My biggest concern is that an adult and biological man, who has not made the transition, can freely access women’s bathrooms [and] changing rooms, putting their safety and privacy at risk. This is common sense. ”
