The lawyer Imaan Mazari has filed a complaint letter about what he described “inaction” in his harassment complaint in the workplace against the Superior Court of the Islamabad court, Sardar Sarfraz Dogar.
In his letter to Judge INAAM AMEEN MINHAS, the “competent authority” under the protection against the harassment of women in the Law of the Labor Place, 2010, Mazari said that he had not received any update on his case despite the requirement of the law that charges are communicated to the defendants “within three days” and a defense presented within seven.
Mazari filed a complaint letter to the competent authority against the defendant CJ Sarfaraz Dogar.
