Rawalpindi:
The founding president of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, described the bill of mines and minerals of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as “controversial” and directed the legal committee of the Party and the leadership of KP to inform him about the legislation, according to PTI Faisal Chaudhry’s lawyer.
Speaking to journalists after meeting PTI imprisoned in Adiala’s prison, Chaudhry said Imran had expressed concern about the bill and emphasized the need to take the public in confidence.

Chaudhry added that Imran emphasized the critical need for both the establishment and the PTI to lead Pakistan of the crisis. “The army only cannot unite the country; only political forces can,” he said.
Chaudhry was among the four lawyers, along with Usman Riaz Gul, Faisal Malik and Muhammad Afzal, who were allowed to meet the head of PTI.
He revealed that only two people in the list of official meetings received access to jail, while the rest, including lawyers and party leaders, were arrested at police control points.
He said that Usman Gul and Faisal Malik gave legal reports to the founder of PTI, particularly in cases that do not appear in the court and in the alleged abuse of Bushra Bibi.
