Imran urges leaders to reserve differences

Islamabad/Rawalpindi:

The founder of PTI, Imran Khan, ordered each member of his party to immediately leave all internal differences and focus only on the protest movement of August 5 of the party, “for which a significant impulse is not being built today.”

In a special message dated July 22, released from the Adiala prison, the former prime minister described the internal cracks of PTI leaders in this “critical situation” as “shameful and condemnable” and warned that any person who is involved in the factorism within the party will be expelled.

He said he was fighting for the future of our generations, and every sacrifice he did was for that cause. “Creating cracks within the party at this time would be a direct betrayal of my mission and vision,” he added.

According to the founder of PTI, the “called government formed through form 47” has paralyzed the Judiciary through the 26th Constitutional amendment.

“The way in which the biased judges are now delivering blatantly unfair verdicts under these courts is visible to the entire nation. We must launch a solid campaign to free the judiciary, since no nation can survive, and much less progress, without judicial independence.”

Imran said that his greatest success is that despite the unprecedented oppression, the public meets him.

“On February 8 (2024), people expressed their confidence in Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf voting for you even in the absence of an electoral symbol. After such a clear mandate, it is the moral responsibility of each member of the party to become the voice of the people,” he added.

At the beginning of the message, Imran Khan said that in the history of Pakistan he had undergone the treatment he was currently lasting.

He said that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif committed corruption worth bills and yet all possible comfort in prison was granted. “In contrast, never before the innocent and apolitical spouse of a political figure has been imprisoned in such inhuman conditions as those imposed on Bushra Bibi.”

The PTI chief pattern declared that he was supporting the toughest prison penalty in the country’s history only for the supremacy of the Constitution and at the service of my nation.

On Thursday, Judge Shahrukh Arjemand, of the Central Special Court of the FIA, postponed until July 26, the hearing of the Toshakhana-II case in which Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are accused key.

During the hearing held inside a court in the Adiala prison in Rawalpindi, Imran and Bushra were presented.

Later, speaking with the media outside the prison, the central secretary of the PTI, Salman, Akram Raja, the sister of Imran, Aleema Khan and the Senator of PTI, Ali Zafar, declared that the Toshakhana-II trial should declare himself void and null, as a closed door trial is a violation of the Constitution and the law.

They said that the children of Imran, Kasim Khan and Sulaiman Khan have confirmed their plan to come to Pakistan. They said it was their constitutional right to know their imprisoned father.

In this sense, this week there is a formal constitutional request in the Superior Court of Islamabad. The purpose of presenting the petition is to ensure that prison authorities have no legal motives to deny the meeting. The petition is expected to be presented at any time, they added.
