Sulaiman Khan and Kasim Khan, children of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, recently met with Richard Grenelll, a key assistant for US President Donald Trump, in California, said Wednesday to Wednesday.
In a publication on the social media platform X, Grenelll shared a photo with Khan’s children. “Great to spend time with Kasim and Sulaiman. Welcome, my friends!” He wrote. “Stay strong. Millions worldwide face political revenge, and you are not alone in this fight.”
Earlier this month, Imran’s sister, Alema Khan, said Sulaiman Khan and Kasim Khan would be part of the protest movement. She told journalists that Imran Khan would lead the protest movement from inside the prison.
Last week, in a shared publication in X, Kasim Khan has said that his father had chosen to remain in a “dark prison cell” instead of living a life of comfort abroad. “Our father lived in Pakistan, far from us, during most of our lives. Not because he had to do it, but because he chose to face a corrupt regime.”
