Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) on Tuesday postponed the hearing of a petition that sought the suspension of the judgment of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the case of 190 million pounds until after EID due to the absence of a defense lawyer.
A bank of two judges comprising the president of the interim justice Sardar Sarfaz Dogar and Judge Muhammad Asif heard the case.
The lawyer of the founder of PTI, Shoaib Shaheen, informed the court that lawyer Salman Safdar was on the way to the Supreme Court. He asked the court to schedule the hearing for a later date.
