The Constitutional Bank of the Supreme Court has postponed the contempt of the judicial hearing against the founder of PTI Imran Khan for an indefinite period.
A Constitutional Bank of five members headed by Judge Amin-Din Khan heard the government’s request against the founder of PTI. During the procedure, Judge Jamal Khan Commandkhail said that the Office of the Attorney General will be a prosecutor if a contempt of the Court’s case begins. Additional attorney general AAMIR Rehman informed the court that the services of lawyer Senior Salman Aslam Butt have been hired in this case.
