The lawyer Faisal Chaudhry, lawyer of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf, Imran Khan, was released after being arrested for two hours for throwing abuses in a prison official.
Faisal Chaudhry had an altercation with an Adiala prison official on Thursday when he had to wait outside the prison to meet the founder of PTI Imran Khan.
However, when he appeared on Friday in Adiala’s prison, he was arrested from the door No. 5 and moved to the Adiala police kiosk.
Chaudhry colleagues advocate MuBashir Maqsood Awan, Faisal Niazi and Imran Niazi also followed him in the police picket.
After being released from the arrest, Faisal Chaudhry said: “If anyone wants to present an apology for an argument toe with the prison staff a day, I will not,” adding, “throwing the abuses is not my feature, but It is my correct.
He said that together with other lawyers he had reached Adiala’s prison to meet Imran Khan on Thursday, but they were not allowed to meet their client. When reacting on the arrest of Faisal Chaudhry, PBC expressed concern about his arrest. Stop a lawyer for judicial procedures is equivalent to obstructing justice, he said.
Faisal Chaudhry went to Adiala’s jail to appear before the Anti -Terror Court. The prison authorities had no legal justification to stop Faisal Chaudhry. The lawyers perform their professional tasks and should not be associated with political parties, declared the PBC.
Meanwhile, taking its management X, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain called the arrest of his brother and lawyer Faisal Chaudhry an insult from lawyers.
