LAHORE: Security forces knocked down the Indian drones in the Lahore Manawan area, police sources said on Friday.

They said that the security forces immediately went to the drone after their movement was detected in the Pakistani territory.

Police sources added that the device seemed to be a surveillance drone since they were not explosive.

Intelligence agencies have arrested drones and launched a probe on the matter, according to sources.

The last incident occurred months after Pakistan and India were involved in the military confrontation in May 2025, caused by an attack in April by tourists in illegally occupied Indians Jammu and Cashmira (Iiojk) that New Delhi blamed Islamabad, before accepting a high fire.

In response to Indian aggression, the Armed Forces of Pakistan launched a large-scale military action, called “Operation Bunyan-Mou-Marsososoos” and attacked several Indian military objectives in multiple regions.

Pakistan knocked six Indian combat planes, including three raffles and dozens of drones. After at least 87 hours, the war between the two nations with nuclear weapons ended on May 10 with a high -fire agreement negotiated by the United States.
