An Indycar Nxt career on Sunday in Mid-Ohio was the scene of a horrible accident between Ricardo Escotto and Sebastian Murray.
Escotto and Murray ran to the curve 4 on Tour 4 when the right front wheel of Murray touched the left rear wheel. Murray turned in front of Escotto and hit the wall at a terrifying speed speed. Murray’s vehicle made a setback before stopping.

Indycar NXT officials stirred the red flag to stop the race. Both Andretti drivers seemed to be well after they were reviewed in the center of attention.
“It was very unfortunate. I’m not really sure what happened,” Murray said later. “I’m glad everyone is well. Obviously, apologize to the team. Until now it has been a good weekend and we hoped to move forward, but things happen. We will advance.”
Escotto was not satisfied with Murray and called the accident a “very scary.”

“Simply frustrated and very angry. It took me a lot to be content and try to calm down,” he said. “It was a very unfortunate incident, especially having my teammate by my side. It is bad that we were in this situation because, at the end of the day, we should not compete like this. We were on the line and he moved and obviously made contact like this.
“Our career is very close, very close margins, and if you make an error like that, it simply comes to this.”
Dennis Hauger won the race, the fifth of the season.
Murray is the tenth and Escotto is the 13th in the classification of Indycar Nxt.
