Inflexible work policies are pressing technological workers to resign

  • A new research of Randstad reveals that many technological workers have left their work in the last year
  • This is thanks to difficult working conditions
  • IT workers are under significant pressure and expensive stress and exhaustion.

If you have ever considered leaving a job that has become too demanding or dominant, it is not alone, since the new research affirms the inflexibility of employers regarding the location, the hours of work and the “work intensity” have led to 40% of the technological workers of the United Kingdom who renounce last year.

A Randstad survey of more than 2,500 technological workers found that two out of five respondents said that the hard -line policies, such as the return to office mandates and long hours of work imposed by employers, had pressed them in the last year, with more than half (56%) threatening to seek alternative employment if the flexibility requests were not met.
