Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif launched Punjab Asaan Karobar finance and card programs to promote business activities in the province.

In his speech at the inauguration ceremony, he said, “Under the Asaan Karobar Financing Scheme, interest-free loans between Rs 1 million and Rs 30 million will be provided.” The loan will be repaid in easy installments.

Loans worth Rs 500,000 to Rs 1 million will be provided through the Asaan Karobar card. Those who wish to avail the schemes can apply online and get information in this regard through helpline number 1786. The chief minister said that the Punjab government had launched revolutionary schemes to promote small and medium enterprises in the province. “These schemes have the potential to change the destiny of Punjab and Pakistan. Small and medium enterprises are the backbone of the economy. CM Punjab Asaan Karobar Finance and Asaan Karobar Card are the first and only schemes of the Punjab government,” he said. saying. And he added: “Before it was not easy to start a business. Now we have made it easier thanks to these programs.”

The Prime Minister said land would also be provided at highly subsidized rates to start small businesses.

He said the financing scheme was the first program in the history of the province under which interest-free loans of up to Rs 30 million would be provided.

“There is no need to immediately get approval from any NOC, license or scheme to get a loan. Get a loan today and start your business tomorrow. These interest-free loans will be provided through Bank of Punjab,” he said.

The CM added, “To improve the country’s exports, more incentives will be given to set up industries in the export processing zones.”

He said solar systems worth Rs 5 crore would also be given free of charge to those aspiring to set up industries in the export processing zones.

He said the plans would pave the way for SMEs to lead to prosperity in Punjab. “Young entrepreneurs will be able to benefit from these schemes and expand their businesses so that they can play their proactive role in economic development.” she said.
