Kate publicly revealed in March 2024 that an initially non -cancelable abdominal operation led to a diagnosis of cancer and posterior preventive chemotherapy, which completed in September 2024, subsequently announcing the remission in early 2025.

Cancer and chemotherapy can cause weight loss, so any appearance of weight loss could be attributed plausibly to their disease and treatment, not to anorexia.

There has been no official confirmation of Kate Middleton or the Kensington Palace regarding anorexia.
