I love a good treasure search, and the more dysfunctional it is better, so I am really intrigued by Low life, which is one of the last Korean dramas to reach one of the best transmission services.
Disney has been transmitting some really good things from Korea lately: it is Nine puzzles It was a slow rewarding burn of a serial killer thriller, and while Low life It is a very different type of history, it seems that it will be of high quality.
The 11 parter is written and directed by Kang Yun-Seong, who wrote Disney+ Great bet and directed the successful movie The outlaws. It is a story of small schemes that listen about the search for the final treasure and decide to make it theirs. Naturally, a large number of other people have the same idea, and many of those people are exactly the type of people you don’t want to find.

What we know about life down until now
Low life It is a time drama set in the 1970s in the middle of the “murky” underworld of South Korea, and as the Hollywood Reporter reports, the show star is the veteran Korean star Ryu Seung-Ryong, whom he may have seen in Disney Plus’s Moving. He plays Oh Gwanseok, a veteran thief who is looking for the last mandatory score, and recruits his quite naive nephew Oh Heedong (Yang Se-Jong ascent star) to help.
I have not yet seen the show, but I like configuration: it reminds me of innumerable partiality dramas such as inactivity Midnight RunStarring Robert De Niro and James Brolin. Having protagonists who do not coincide with all kinds of obstacles are usually a recipe for a completely entertaining moment, and the dynamics of friends tend to be fun, so I hope this wins a place as one of the best Disney+shows.
Low life It will be released as an original Hulu in the US. And will transmit internationally in Disney+. The premiere is July 16, with three episodes available at the same time, and the remaining eight episodes will be launched weekly until the end of two parts on August 13.
