Another lawyer, Hadi Ali Chatha, also clarified that Murad’s first tweet was based on the Declaration of Mengal.

After listening to the arguments, the court approved the bail after Murad’s arrest against RS50,000 guarantee bonds.

Previously, Waheed Murad’s mother -in -law was presented through the lawyers Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha, seeking the recovery of the missing journalist. The petition appointed several high -ranking officials as respondents, including the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Defense, the inspector of Islamabad Police and the officer of the station of the station (SHO) of the Karachi Company police station.

There was a complaint about the incident at the Karachi Company police station; However, no formal FIR was recorded.

The petition urged immediate action to locate and recover Murad, while looking for legal actions against those responsible for his alleged kidnapping.
