There was a terrifying moment in Kent, Indiana, when a bus transported to the Indiana male basketball team at Indiana University caught fire on the way back from a road game on Saturday.
The team returned from its game against northern Kentucky when a mechanical problem caused the bus to catch fire.
The entire team and staff evacuated the bus safely, according to an IU Indy Athletics publication in X. The post also mentioned that another bus was on that time to pick them up for the trip back to Indianapolis.

The photos were provided to Pak Gazette Digital by IU Indy Athletics, which showed the bus completely burned and charred by the flames that wrapped it in the middle of the road.
Another photo showed black smoke to joke coming out of the bus, which caused obvious traffic on the road.

The Jaguars fell to the Nordics, 71-67, in Highland, Kentucky, before the trip home.
IU Indy is 9-20 in general in the year (5-13 in the conference game). They have had a late attempt, losing four of their last five games.

There are only two games in the regular season, which will be at home in Indianapolis.
They will face Robert Morris this Thursday at 6:30 pm
His last game at the house of the season, which will also be the senior day, will be against Wright State on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 pm

The Horizon League Tournament, the conference in which the Jaguars play, begins on March 4.
