- The Jackery Explorer 1500 ultra-portable power station handles up to 1,800 watts of surge power
- Maintains a power of 2000 W for 15 minutes beyond the capabilities of the conventional station.
- 1536 Wh battery with UPS response time of less than 20 ms ensures uninterrupted performance
Jackery Explorer 1500 Ultra is a kWh capacity portable power station designed for extreme outdoor, professional and emergency use.
This device features a 1536 Wh battery with UPS response of less than 20 milliseconds, designed to handle devices that require up to 1800 W of surge.
Unlike conventional portable power stations, it maintains 2000W power for 15 minutes, enough for outdoor use and home backup scenarios.
Handling high demand devices with extended maximum output
Powered by EV-grade LiFePO4 battery cells, the Explorer 1500 Ultra claims to retain 70% of battery health after 4000 charge cycles.
With this standard, the device can achieve up to ten years of operational reliability under normal conditions.
Jackery equips the Explorer 1500 Ultra with ChargeShield 2.0 fast charging technology, capable of fully recharging the unit in approximately 1.5 hours.
It also supports up to 800W solar input, allowing for a full recharge in approximately 2.5 hours under optimal sunlight conditions.
The station provides multiple outputs, including two AC outlets, USB-C and USB-A ports, and a 12V car outlet, allowing for simultaneous operation of multiple devices.
Its maximum power of 3600W can last up to 10 times longer than conventional designs and aims to provide a more stable power supply for high-demand equipment.
The Explorer 1500 Ultra integrates a patented multi-layer chassis made of titanium alloy, double-layer PMMA and a polycarbonate composite display.
It also has double-sided silicone shock absorbers, which offer protection against dust, water and drops from one meter.
An IP65-rated housing protects against sand, dust and splashes of water. Immersing it in water will damage the device.
It supports level 9 seismic resistance, meets vibration standards, and has passed the one-meter drop test without functional damage.
Additional features include multifaceted beveled corners, a sculpted motorsports-inspired shape, laser-etched surface textures, and a detachable metal outer shell.
Designed for terrestrial settings, remote location filming, and emergency response, the Explorer 1500 Ultra can power systems like Starlink for up to 50 hours.
It weighs 38.6 pounds (17.5 kg), which Jackery says makes it the lightest IP65-rated kWh-class station available.
The power station also includes a support arm and silicone protective flaps to improve protection against dust and water during active use.
“The Explorer 1500 Ultra represents a different level of intent in the way we design and build power solutions,” said Steven Wang, vice president of Jackery’s Americas Business Department.
“This product was designed for people who never compromise on performance, materials or reliability…the 1500 Ultra reflects precision engineering and premium workmanship, while delivering the rugged capability that professionals and homeowners depend on.”
