Byu Jake Retzlaff field marshal He has denied accusations that he sexually assaulted a woman in 2023, according to newly submitted judicial documents.
Retzlaff, 22, is being sued for alleged battery, assault and intentional inflicence of emotional anguish of an alleged assault in the department of Retzlaff in November 2023, according to a lawsuit filed in Utah last month.

He has not been criminally accused.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe AG, said she had met the university football player on social networks before accepting visiting him in her apartment to play video games, ESPN reported.
According to the complaint, the woman claimed that she and Retzlaff began to kiss, but he ignored her requests to stop and continued “climbing the situation.”
The original complaint claimed that after the alleged victim tried to leave, Retzlaff put her hands with her neck and raped her, Espn reported.
In new presentations on Friday, Retzlaff denied the accusations and said that the two had participated in consensual sex.
