The defensive Tackle of the Philadelphia Eagles, Jalen Carter, spoke with the journalists hours after he was expelled from the first game of the team of the team against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
Carter was disqualified from the game after spitting towards the Cowboys Marshal, Dak Prescott, before the first scrimmage play.
He told journalists that he was “calm” at the time, but did not enter too much in details about what led him to spit in Prescott. The NBC transmission showed Prescott spitting to the ground before Carter spit it out.

“I was calm,” Carter said. “I got out of the field calmly. I wasn’t angry. I really couldn’t do anything else. The referee’s decision is the referee’s decision in this situation.”
He said that at that time he had not spoken with chief coach Nick Sirianni and that if a suspension fell, he would handle the situation when it happened.

He was asked what was seeing the 24-20 victory of the Eagles over the cowboys.
“It was intense for me,” he said. “I wanted to be so bad with the boys. Just to support and help, even stop on my sidelines, but things were how they were.

Carter was a professional bowling player for the first time in 2024. He had 42 cups and 4.5 captures in 2024.
