Jane Fonda is letting her fans in on her wellness journey after recently turning 87.

The actress and activist revealed her exercise regimen in a chat with People Magazinerevealing that nothing really changed except his pace.

“I basically do everything I used to do, just slower,” Fonda told the publication.

“I used to run, but now I love to walk. I love being outside in the woods, especially going up and down hills,” she continued.

The actress also revealed that she mixes up her exercise regimen so as not to get used to the same routine.

“I exercise every day, so it’s important to mix up the way I move. I alternate days working my upper and lower body to get stronger. I also find some way to do cardio. Walking outside is one of my favorite things to do. favorite ways to do it,” he said.
