Quigley was with his friend, Tiger Bech, who walked through Bourbon Street when a man who was driving a truck led to a multitude of people.

Bech was among one of the 14 people killed in the attack, and Quigley was injured.

Quigley promised to return to the city after the tragedy, but the Eagles offered him tickets for the Super Bowl after his history.

Quigley made the decision to go to the game due to a promise that made his late best friend, Bech.

Quigley told Bech that if the Eagles did the Super Bowl, he would take them to the great game in New Orleans.

When the cameras were reduced to Kelce and the ESPN crew, the former Eagles star was overcome by emotions.

“Listen, there are some horrible people in this world,” Kelce said after taking a moment to meet.

“I was fortunate to meet Ryan,” Kelce said through tears. “And the spirit, right there, you wouldn’t even know that something happened if it were not in a wheelchair before the Rams game. At one end, something terrible can happen, and on the other, something so beautiful can happen. Just happy that is here on behalf of the Eagles fans everywhere.
