Jena Sims reveals that she suffered spontaneous abortion

Jena Sims, a bathing suit and wife of the Liv Golf Star, Brooks Koepka, revealed on Monday that she suffered a spontaneous abortion.

Sims revealed the heartbreaking news in an Instagram post. She shared a photo gallery of her most recent pregnancy.

“At 16 weeks, we knew that our baby’s heart had stopped beating. This is a pain for which no father is prepared. We are devastated, but they hope to give the crew a brother one day,” he wrote in the subtitle of the position.

“Too too often, these struggles occur in silence. There is still a lot of work and the necessary research to understand and better support women’s reproductive health. If you experience or have experienced a loss or infertility of pregnancy, know that it is not alone.”

Sims empathy with medical professionals who have to divide this type of news to their patients.

“Finally, I want to recognize doctors and nurses who must deliver this type of heartbreaking news every day. It has to be the most difficult part of their work, and I am also maintaining space in my heart for you.”

Sims and Koepka married in June 2022. The two welcomed their first child in July 2023.

Sims is a former Miss Teen USA beauty contest contestant. She represented Georgia in the 2007 competition. She has seen her in several films since then and has appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
