Jennifer Aniston opened up about how aging changed her approach to fitness.
He Friends star said People that he has adopted a smarter mindset towards a healthy body and that his approach to training has changed over the years.
“You have to really honor where your body is, which is something I’ve gotten a lot better at as I’ve gotten older,” she admitted.
Aniston revealed that she has learned to listen to her body.
There’s nothing wrong with giving it what it needs instead of making it work when it doesn’t want to,” he said. “There’s no problem, there’s no guilt in that.”

On how to keep her motivated, Aniston gives herself a pep talk. “I tell myself, ‘You can do anything for 20 minutes.'”
And even taking simpler steps like just putting on gym clothes.
“Sometimes those sweatpants stay on and I haven’t even been to the gym, but that’s okay. I’m one step closer to doing it. Then it’s like, oh, this is my cute look for the day,” she added.
