“I just tell the team, ‘Blank month is over.’ We’re not going to do anything during the month that runs that year,” The Morning Show star added.
He went on to reveal that he tells his team, “‘I’m going to go away. I’m going to have a vacation. There won’t be any work.’ And you just have to put it on your calendar.”
Aniston added, “I think it’s really important because if we’re exhausted because we work too hard and we don’t give ourselves a chance to recharge our bodies mentally and physically, we’re useless.”
“We’re in a bad mood, we’re fatigued, we don’t sleep much. I think the importance of that [rest] and recharging is imperative,” he said.
