“Jennifer is 5-foot-5, so I would put her at a size four, and I would say she dropped to about 125 pounds when she did the musical last year,” the functional nutritionist shared.
“Her normal weight appears to be 135 pounds and a size six because she is very muscular thanks to constant workouts; muscle weighs more than fat,” the health expert continued, “That’s a very healthy weight for her.”
“So he lost at least 10 pounds for the movie and he must have done it in about a month,” the nutritionist added.
