Jennifer Lopez opened up about balancing motherhood with her personal struggles.
In a recent talk with his new film. unstoppable co-star Judy Robles, the pair discussed the role of mother while portraying the mother and son characters in the film based on the life story of wrestler Anthony Robles.
In it British Vogue In the interview, López talked about being a mother and always being available for her children, keeping her struggles aside.
“It’s okay, there’s a lot going on here. And I understood it. I mean, as a mother, you always want to do the best you can for your children,” Lopez admitted.
“You want to encourage them. That doesn’t stop you from being a human being who fights,” he added.
It is pertinent to mention that López is the mother of twins Max and Emme, 16, whom she shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
López previously spoke about his role in unstoppable in an interview with Entertainment Weeklywhich was influenced by her experience as a single mother of her twins.
“I have been a single mother at times in my life, and [I’ve asked]’Am I enough for them?’ “López noted. “And the truth is, all you need is a good father who loves you.”
“You hear it in Anthony’s voice and look at what he’s been able to accomplish,” Lopez said of the fighter. “That’s what the movie gave me: you are enough.”
