Days after officially announcing her split from Cash Warren, Jessica Alba shared a positive post about growth and self-love.
The 43-year-old actress took to her official Instagram Stories on Tuesday, January 21, and reposted a quote from author and poet Diego Pérez about healing and overcoming oneself.
“How do you build a good life? Relentlessly follow your intuition. Build with people who also love to grow,” Perez’s post read.
“Take responsibility for your healing. Love yourself so deeply that you feel at home in your own body and mind. Teach yourself to forgive. Never stop being a kind person,” the message concludes.
Alba subtly hinted at her own healing journey by writing “This” in her own post.
