
Jessica Gunning has shared her advice to prioritize mental health while carrying out demanding projects after the 2025 SAG victory for Baby reindeer.
The 38 -year -old actress spoke with the media in a virtual press room on Sunday, February 23, where he gave advice to the actors on how to protect their mental health by playing complex characters.
Gunning said: “I think it is about registering and obtaining help from friends, family and trusted professionals to ensure that he takes care of himself while doing this type of projects.”
He added: “Obviously, that is something we had to take into account when we were filming because Baby Reno is based on the story of Richard Gadd. He was interpreting himself but as a character version.”
She continued: “I think because Richard had made two versions at the baby reindeer stage and also [the comedy show] Mono See Monkey Do. It was almost like a small program test. So I was in a really good place when we were filming. ”
“I had already made the game versions and knew the story very well. And as I said, we were playing the characters, so he did not feel so emotionally raw, in a way, because he always saw him as a character … make sure that you only register with yourself, when doing intense projects like this, ” he Pride Employed Star.
For not versed, in Baby reindeerGunning, who plays Martha, becomes obsessed with waiter Donny Dunn, played by Gadd. She follows Dunn in person and sends her text messages and emails that make him feel insecure.

It is pertinent to mention that Gunning assured the 2025 SAG award for its outstanding performance in Baby reindeer.
