Irish actress Jessie Buckley has shared an update on her family life, revealing that she recently welcomed her first child into the world.
He Hip The star and her mental health worker husband Freddie welcomed their first child together after Jessie revealed she was pregnant in April, when she showed off her baby bump at a red carpet event.
Interestingly, the couple decided not to reveal the due date or the sex of their baby. However, Jessie has now confirmed that she has given birth to a little girl.
speaking in New York Times Modern Love podcast, said: ‘Everyone is doing very well.
‘I mean, everything is different. I remember one of my friends, when I was pregnant, sent me something that really impacted me and it was like a little gift.
But she said, ‘Just remember that you’re something new too.’ Everything is new, this little human is new, you are new, your relationship is new, your whole relationship with the world is new.”
‘It’s intense, but I love it. I love it a lot.’
Jessie also confirmed that she had welcomed a baby girl and detailed the lessons she would like to pass on to her daughter.
“I think what I can hope to pass on to her, and I’m sure she’ll follow her own path, and she should, if we have a life,” Jessie reflected.
Jessie met Freddie, from Islington, north London, after going on a blind date.
