When qualifying on February 8, a black day in the history of the country, the chief of Jamat-E-Islami, Hafiz Naeem-Ur-Rehman, has renewed the demand of his judicial investigation party on the “electoral rig.”
Going to a press conference in Mansoora, the JI chief said that the country is plagued by political instability due to the contempt of the public mandate. He affirmed that the rulers have taken power based on a stolen mandate.
He expressed surprise for the demand for opposition reelections instead of solving the rig problem through form 45. With an obvious reference to the president of PML-N, Nawaz Sharif, the chief of JI said those who adopted a narration of ” Respecting the vote, “they have disappointed the nation.
February 8 is the darkest day in national history, when the town mandate was stolen. Currently, the Government is executed in Form 47, with the Sharif and Zardari families in power, said Hafiz Naeem.
He pointed out that people’s votes were recorded in form 45. Therefore, the demand for the opposition of new elections is equivalent to strengthening the government. The mandate is not someone’s personal property. The establishment will have to work within its limits. Let the democratic process prosper, added the chief of JI.
He announced that his party will observe on February 8 as a black day throughout the country. He demanded that PTI be allowed to celebrate a demonstration on February 8. All, including PTI, should have the right to celebrate peaceful protests.
