The Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to bring the movement of Kashmir Freedom to its logical and legitimate conclusion.
In a press release issued on Tuesday, the party spokesman, Dr. Irfan Khan, said that no power on Earth can suppress the fair and historical movement, which has been fed by the sacred blood of hundreds of thousands of martyrs.
“We are the custodians of his legacy and we will continue his mission with total resolution. No amount of Indian repression can deter our political struggle,” he said.
Dr. Khan said that India has used all the tactics of oppression and brutality in an attempt to crush the legitimate aspirations of the people of Cookmira. However, resilience and spirit of resistance among people have made these oppressive measures ineffective. More than 500,000 Kashmires have been martyred, and millions have been displaced as a result of the aggression of the Indian State. Thousands remain imprisoned in the Indian detention centers under the draconian laws, while the most venerated pro-FREEDOM leadership in the region is languishing in prisons.
