The New York Mets pitcher, Jonah Tong, caused fans impression during the week, since he revealed a hot meal that he expected to stay with others.
In a recent interview, he left MLB fans scratching a little when he offered his own version of a favorite snacks: the grill cheese sandwich.

The Canadian baseball player told the world baseball network to immerse his grilled cheese sandwiches in Arce syrup and that “absolutely” loves him. He explained his love for the strange food pairing in a separate interview with MLB’s Cut4.
He was asked what the “secret” was for a large grilled cheese.
“The secret is Arce syrup,” Tong said. “It’s amazing. My grandfather taught me that, and it’s …”
He said he uses Arce syrup as immersion sauce.

The Mets selected Tong in the seventh round of the 2022 mlb draft. He moved through the minor leagues system to start on the list of major leagues.
In that only beginning against the Miami Marlins, Tong lasted five entries and struck out six batters. New York won the 19-9 game.
