Josh Allen goes to the 2025 NFL season as the MVP of the reigning league after a tremendous year with the Buffalo Bills.

But, while the award is a tremendous honor, Allen’s goal is still clear.

“On the one hand, I always want to be in the conversation with this award. I don’t mind winning it. I prefer to win a Super Bowl,” Allen told Fox Digital, while arguing his association with Natrol, the brand without drugs.

“If I won the next 10 MVP, it would exchange 10 for a Super Bowl trophy.”

Allen reiterated what he said in the past on win MVP, which is a “team award.” And being in the MVP conversation every season means that he is doing his job and winning soccer games, which finally helps his desire to win a Lombardi trophy.

Then, defending that prize in 2025 is something that Allen thinks, but not in a selfish way.

Josh Allen by Bills minimizes MVP’s recognition, says that winning a championship is still ‘the only goal’

“I just have to keep going down my head and working hard no matter what we did last year. He won’t move this year,” he said. “I thank the voters, all my teammates and coaches who help me to reach that point. It is a really great and very rewarding prize in terms of the hard work of their career. That’s where I think it’s a great prize, but at the same time, I’m just playing for one thing and that is winning a Super Bowl.”

Unfortunately for Allen and the Bills, they have not been able to reach “The Great Game” despite being a playoff team every year since the 2019 season. They arrived at the AFC championship game twice, including last season, but they fell to the Kansas City chiefs at both meetings.

Each season, including coming, the national conversation revolves around “What can the Bills do to get to the Super Bowl?” Surely it will appear, as it has done in the past. It can be exhausting, but Allen knows that he comes with the territory when his team has not been able to get there.

“We have had many of those conversations, and again, the question of ‘What can the invoices do?’ We keep down our heads and keep working, “he said. “We cannot stop in the past, we can learn from Him. I know that we have reached that point several times and we have not overcome the hump. But that will not deter us from continuing to try. That is all we can do. We cannot throw in the towel, we cannot stop doing what we are doing because we have not obtained the results we have wanted.”

Allen revealed how he has developed a certain mentality from those hard defeats of playoffs after talking to his teammate Von Miller, the 13 -year defensive wing.

“It is very similar in golf, it is very similar in any sport you play. As a field marshal, once you throw the ball, once you leave my hand, I have done my job,” said Allen. “I can only control that part for me to throw football. If the wind comes and takes it and moves it five inches to the left, or directly to the hands of our receiver, or it is inclined and trapped; once it leaves the hand, there is nothing more than I can do. I think that is working hard and doing everything we do, but when you enter the playoffs, sometimes the winds in another way.

“I think that has been the product of what is happening, so we are going to turn every rock and leaf and do what we can to try to make that ball jump to our path.”

The only way is to advance for Allen and the Bills, since a new season provides a new opportunity to finally take the Lombardi trophy to a city that itch to call it for the first time.

And although being recognized as the best in sport during a whole season is an incredible feat, all that Allen Dreams is to win a Super Bowl with the Bills.

“I have vivid dreams about it,” he said. “Raising the Lombardi trophy and having the parade in Buffalo, where each school is outside and each restaurant is closed and there are a million people in the center of Buffalo. I see myself on stage and speaking in the microphone for the crowd. I think the more I can visualize it, the more you can see it, it gives it a better opportunity to happen.

“That is my number one goal in my football career: bring a Lombardi trophy to the west of New York.”

Better sleep, better play with Natrol

Those vivid dreams that Allen has been accredited to Natrol, which he thinks can give him an advantage this season.

“I just try to partner with brands in which I believe completely, and I think this next part of the process of my trip is to unlock that piece of my game and my life really. I think Natrol can help me do that,” he said.

Allen explained how melatonin products in previous years did not affect their body in the way he expected, but during a trip home from Italy the last low season, he slept 10 hours after taking Natroll and said he was “everything in” after that.

As a field marshal, being acute and alert is a requirement throughout the season, regardless of whether it is the movie theater, in the practice field or in a game. Resting a good night is crucial, so if Allen wants a melatonin product to adjust to the time difference of the east coast of its usual stay on the west coast, or a product of “sleep and restoration” without melatonin, Natrol has everything he needs.

“I believe that I have not had a great dream: my mind is running. But every great performance begins with a great night of sleep, and every night of sleep begins with Natrol. It is a great motto that we like to say, but I really believe that this can unlock another part of my game and I can still improve,” he said.
