During the annual NFL League meeting in April, the League changed its rule that allowed the teams that arrived at the playoffs avoid HBO’s “hard blows.”

Enter the Buffalo Bills, who will be the outstanding team during “Hard Knocks: training camp” just a couple of weeks as the teams prepare to go to their respective facilities to prepare for the New Year.

It is the first time since the program debuted in 2001 that the Bills will be presented, and Campo Mariscal Josh Allen, the MVP prevail after a tremendous 2024 campaign, knows that it will be a different sensation with the cameras when he returns to Buffalo.

However, there is a main priority that must be above all in terms of HBO and NFL movies.

“First, you can’t let it become a distraction,” said Allen. “I have to maintain the main thing, the main thing, and that is trying to be the best we can be in the field. Because we do everything right and not let the cameras distract us. I think it will be a sign of a good team.”

But Allen also understands that “Hard Knocks” gives fans a look behind the scene of one of the most exhausting sports in the world, which allows players to be humanized more, while their personalities shine during the battles of training camps.

Now that it is a perennial playoff team that was just a few plays away from a possible Super Bowl last season, exaggeration and attention are even greater.

“For a long time, the ‘hard blows’ generally reserved, would not say bad equipment, but teams that did not reach the playoffs the previous year,” said Allen. “I know they raised that rule, and we are the first team that comes from the playoffs to be in it, in terms of the training field. Therefore, yes, what will be a bit different, but we obtained a lot of veteran leadership in the locker room and many young people to whom we will have to take our shoulders and be like, ‘hey, how we are doing it’.

“Once again, do you want to be a star and the face of this and the other and the other? Let your game take care of that. You still know yourself and let your personality out. I think coach [Sean] McDermott has been doing a great job since I was a rookie to make sure they are who you are, that is that person all the time, right? Being as authentic as possible is one of the greatest qualities you can have, and this is no different. “

Since 2019, Bills have reached the playoffs every season, however, the rest of their AFC enemies have not passed to get to the Super Bowl despite having a talented team, especially with Allen the helm.

But with the aim of staying the same, fans will analyze how McDermott, Allen and the rest of the team are preparing for what is always a long trip ahead, with the final goal always to raise the Lombardi trophy, which would be the first time for a buffalo squad.

“You’re going to see many great stories and great personalities in our team,” said Allen.

Better sleep, better play with Natrol

Those vivid dreams that Allen has been accredited to Natrol, which he thinks can give him an advantage this season.

“I just try to partner with brands in which I believe completely, and I think this next part of the process of my trip is to unlock that piece of my game and my life really. I think Natrol can help me do that,” he said.

Allen explained how melatonin products in previous years did not affect their body in the way he expected, but during a trip home from Italy the last low season, he slept 10 hours after taking Natroll, and said he was “everything in” after that.

As a field marshal, being acute and alert is a requirement throughout the season, regardless of whether it is the movie theater, in the practice field or in a game. Resting a good night is crucial, so if Allen wants a melatonin product to adjust to the time difference of the east coast of its usual stay on the west coast, or a product of “sleep and restoration” without melatonin, Natrol has everything he needs.

“I completely believe that I have not had a great dream: my mind is accelerating. But every great performance begins with a great night of sleep, and every night of sleep begins with Natrol. It is a great motto that we like to say, but I really believe that this can unlock another part of my game, and I can still improve,” he said.
