The Constitutional Bank of the Supreme Court observed on Thursday that the days when the courts directed the government disappeared, warning that now the judges were not settled to direct government affairs, emphasizing that the entire State could not be blamed for the negligence of a person.
A constitutional bank of five members headed by Judge Aminuddin Khan heard a case related to minority rights. A minority community leader said that the main defendant involved in church burning incidents in Jaranwala had not been caught.
